Meditation
How can we live our own unique divine life in harmony with all sentient beings?
Looking into the world in our current time, while you can find beauty, integrity and harmony in a few sacred places, the dominant forces are kind of dark, to put it mildly. Most of us are driven by the need to prove who we believe we are (a perfect recipe for causing suffering both inside and around ourselves).
Meditation is one of the most effective ways to bring our awareness from looking outside for validation to resting inside and bringing forth our own unique creation. In a nutshell, this works by listening for the highest potential in each moment and expressing that potential fully in life. Every moment in which this occurs without interference of our old need and habit to prove ourselves is a moment of Divine ecstasy, often referred to as living in the here and now. Truly living in the here and now, we no longer act as if we are separate from the world around us. Instead, we live in harmony not only with all sentient beings but with everything. And that is the Divine life lived through your unique expression of Self.
Sounds great ... but ... HOW!?
The way meditation guides our awareness to the very root of our existence relies on just a few simple core principles. Those principles are also the core of my teaching.
In our time together, we will explore these principles from different angles. You will learn how they can be applied to any activity to deepen your awareness, even beyond meditation techniques … which … of course, are also part of my teaching. We will deep dive into these techniques to remember the peace and silence at our very core. We’ll ground this experience with various exercises to eventually establish ourselves on that level of Oneness permanently.
Our awareness resting there provides a foundation for gradually transforming our lives. I offer both tools and guidance to make this transformation as smooth and fun as possible.
Together with my partner Mirimah, I produced the “Aum Drone” below for one of my students who was struggling with a terribly distracting tinnitus during meditation. The ideal approach is to learn how to effortlessly allow our awareness to rest on the object of meditation (be it your breath, a Mantra, or something else which is true) rather than being drawn to distractions like tinnitus. But that isn’t always immediately possible for everyone. In this specific case, having an intentional, supportive background noise helped to mask the emotionally charged inner noise, allowing the student to move deeper into meditation and eventually let go of that external crutch. If you’re in a similar situation, or know someone who is, feel free to use it—that’s why I shared it on Soundcloud.
Sacred Masculinity
Experiencing life in a male body on planet Earth at this time can be very confusing. Living a spiritual life as a man makes things even more complicated because we men have access to Oneness and our Divine femininity—but bring too much of that into your relationship, and you risk collapsing the polarity. For information on risks and side effects, consult your therapist or divorce lawyer. Fortunately, we can embrace this challenge and play our part in moving the world beyond patriarchy and matriarchy while dancing the dance of pure masculine and feminine energy. Sexual relationships are incredibly powerful—they can either pull you off your path or propel you into full awakening. The choice is yours.
For parents, living an authentic expression of both relationship and care is even more important because we carry the responsibility of acting as role models for the next generation. Our children will bear the burden of our unreleased shadows but are uplifted by the brightness of our realizations—let’s offer them the best we can!
As a heterosexual man and stepdad who has walked through the fires (and still occasionally does, lol), I offer guidance to those in similar situations. Our human form offers an infinite diversity of experiences in relationship and believe that we can only provide authentic guidance on paths we have walked ourselves. So I encourage those with an expression that is different from mine to become guides for those. As humans, we have an almost unlimited diversity of ways to express ourselves, and all forms of expression deserve respect and understanding.

About Me
My journey into the realm of consciousness began as early as kindergarten, when I quietly pondered the existence of “God,” realizing that the concept of a higher consciousness only holds relevance if it can be truly experienced in life. At the age of 13, I discovered psychedelics, which I began exploring about six years later, when I felt ready, as part of my initial investigation into the Divine.
Around the age of 16, I attempted to learn meditation from books, with mixed results. However, at 23, during a moment of dancing in a non-meditative environment (yet sober as could be), I experienced the full ecstatic divine bliss of the Self for the first time in this life.
Eventually, I studied advanced meditation techniques directly under various teachers and completed a 5-year meditation teacher training program. I further deepened my understanding and presence by serving as one of two translators (English to German) for two additional 5-year cycles of the same teacher training. After 15 years of daily meditation practice, teaching in diverse settings, and several profound transformations that dismantled most of my old self-conceptions, I made sharing own unique path to presence my live mission. With love, though conventional and unconventional channels.
My spiritual journey has always been the guiding force behind everything I do in life. I completed a master’s degree in computer science with distinction and now apply that knowledge to create Virtual Realities with my own video game company, narayana games. I’ve been producing (mostly electronic) music since I was about 11 years old and enjoy practicing Kung Fu, Tai Chi, windsurfing, wakeboarding, and various forms of body movement driven by musical frequencies, more commonly referred to as “dancing.” Since 2010, I have been sharing my life with Mirimah, an amazing expression of divine femininity, who also brought her lovely daughter into my life when she was three.
Exchanging Energy in a Capitalistic Society
Back in the day we used to have small communities that carried their medicine people and spiritual guides as part of the community. Today, everyone has to pay rent, buy food, make sure they can get to places and don’t starve when they eventually become too weak to work. We invented money which is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing because it makes it incredibly easy to assign a “value” to anything and a curse because … you guessed it: because it makes it incredibly easy to assign a “value” to anything. What one person perceives as an almost unachievable fortune is nothing to the next. Being born in a fairly wealthy part of the world, I consider myself incredibly privileged. I honor the unique situation every being is in and our exchange will be based on mutual respect and honest communication.
